How it runs

The studio is set up so a new product is mostly configuration, and so nothing ships without being checked.

  1. One template, one config file.

    Every product is a single entry: name, price, checkout link, how it's delivered. The same template renders every product page from it.

  2. Agents do the work.

    Writing the product, the page and the tests is done by AI agents, with a person reviewing what they produce.

  3. Checked before it ships.

    Every deploy runs layout and visual tests on every page at phone and desktop widths, and stops if anything fails.

  4. Watched after it ships.

    One internal dashboard tracks sales and visits per product and audits that each page, checkout link and download still works.

Principles

  1. Specifics over adjectives.

    If we can't say what it does, how much of it, and what it costs, we're not ready to talk about it.

  2. Evidence, not vibes.

    Every result comes with how it was reached. You shouldn't have to take our word for it, or the AI's.

  3. Say what it isn't.

    A self-check is not an audit, and a template is not legal advice. We put the limits on the label.

  4. No fake urgency.

    No countdowns, no "only 3 left". It's software. It doesn't run out.
